It’s Time For Tea!

Ladies,

April is the month for the Tea Show-and-Tell. We will be having lots of guests. We can help out hosts Donna and Carol by each bringing 1 dozen cookies. Please note that this is a change from last month’s newsletter where I suggested each bringing a half-dozen cookies. If you want to help with drinks, please call Carol or Donna. We would like to have door prizes, so bring a small wrapped item like a fat quarter or other quilting-related gift. So that everyone has a chance to show their projects, please limit your show-and-tell to 2 items.

At the March meeting someone noted changes to the recipes in last months’ newsletter. For Edith’s muffins it should be 3 teaspoons soda, not 3 teaspoons sugar. Also the fractions did not upload for Robert’s salad dressing. The first 2 ingredients are three-quarters cup sugar and one-half cup white vinegar.

Also at the March meeting Fran asked that we all start thinking about officers for next year. If you would like to serve, please let Connie or Fran know.

Happy quilting,
Deb

Please call news items to Deb at 534-5001.
